If this was the last day, then I would have gone without having achieved a lot that I have set out to achieve, so my life would not be complete.

I used to be loud and obnoxious, but I am the complete opposite of who I used to be, because who I am now would never have liked who I was before.

I have been spending a lot of time with family and friends. That was pretty much how I saw myself a few years ago.

On the second day into the new year, I was told something I was dreading to hear, this has changed me. It changed my perspective of things. I think I would be devastated if I lost my sister.

Hello there,
I've figured since I have all the time to waste on my hands, being sick and stranded at home at this time of the year, I might as well do a little re-cap of the year 2010 with the pictures I have! c:
These are some of the memorable moments I had, there were many others but I didn't have the picture to accompany it so here goes!

So naturally we'll have the new years celebration to welcome the year 2010.
I welcomed 2010 in Shaun's place.
where something very unfortunate happened.
Sorry for bringing it up again Shaun.

I won't story everyone but lets just say there was a lot of blood and we had to rush to the hospital. But!
we made it back in time to countdown.
YAY !

Then of course straight after new years comes the celebration of me always being the first among my friends to be older

Had multiple small gatherings with me mates,
With aiyan, shin and wei ren where I made them karaoke with me even though they gave me unwilling grunts, cept for aiyan, cause she ma karaoke budz

With Coll mates aaron and the gang where they pretend to take pic with me and creamed my face :c
with Drea, Darren and shaster for dinner at Fridays where they made me stand on the chair for public humiliation even though it wasnt my exact birthday!

Then I had my first working experience at Enterprise Asia as a assistant project executive!

Went to Italiannies for Drea's 19th!
I remember how we were so innocent back then, ordered and shared a cocktail. After a few sips, face red liao.
But thats just me.

Then CNY of course!
every chainese childs' fav time of the year!

But before that, tried out fish spa with Drea, Sha and Darren, yes Darren
for the first time!
It was quite an experience but lets just say I would never let a swarm of fishies hungry for dead skin nibble ma feet again.
One fish is okay, but not a million of them.

Went for a lil movie session with Big D, Shaster and Jason @ Pyramid

We caught

with two Oscar winners as leads, this movie was bound to be pretty good.

Copy and paste synopsis time ^^

Robin Hood chronicles the life of an expert archer, previously interested only in self-preservation, from his service in King Richards army against the French. Upon Richards death, Robin travels to Nottingham, a town suffering from the corruption of a despotic sheriff and crippling taxation, where he falls for the spirited widow Lady Marian, a woman skeptical of the identity and motivations of this crusader from the forest. Hoping to earn the hand of Maid Marian and salvage the village, Robin assembles a gang whose lethal mercenary skills are matched only by its appetite for life. Together, they begin preying on the indulgent upper class to correct injustices under the sheriff.

With their country weakened from decades of war, embattled from the ineffective rule of the new king and vulnerable to insurgencies from within and threats from afar, Robin and his men heed a call to ever greater adventure. This unlikeliest of heroes and his allies set off to protect their country from slipping into bloody civil war and return glory to England once more.

All in all, the acting made the movie believable.
However the action scenes were pretty much nothing you've not seen in
The Lord of the Rings
or other
'I WANT TO TAKE OVA YOUR COUNTRY MOVE OVA BISH'
type of movies.
The costumes were pretty awesome too.
Reminds me a lot of the Tudors,
which reminds me to borrow the series from Shinny again.

However,

The final battle scene was a little corny. Like they were making out in the middle of a war hello?!

attended the annual Spa and Wellness Award with the company,
the food was really good,

Well, of the five weeks that I've worked for this NGO,
I've realised,

1. You know that phone music you hear when they put you on hold, almost every company in Brunei has the same one, and it is friggin annoying, I'm always praying to myself they don't put me on hold, so I don't have to listen to that god awful melody. :(

2. I wonder how corporate people stand it sitting at a desk for hours
and hours
and hours
and hours.

3. Brunei-ians have really long names.

4. My colleagues play facebook poker with each other.
(I hope none of them sees this and big boss doesn't see this :x)

5. Working life is tough, I wanna start Uni! Yay!

Which brings me to Uni, orientation's in two weeks, so excited yet nervous at the same time.

Then i found out, the paint job won't even cost that much.

At the start of the day, met up with my chicks Shin and JC
lol.
Sigh poor JC no matter how much he eat also cannot gain weight.
We need to each buy him a prosperity burger for cny man.

Watched Avatar last week and it was awesome, the special effects were mind blowing.
How they made the giant smurfs so agile was just awesome.

Although the plot was a lil predictable.
But its all good, nothing like a little smurf action, rawr.
