Carpe 2010!
Hello there,
I've figured since I have all the time to waste on my hands, being sick and stranded at home at this time of the year, I might as well do a little re-cap of the year 2010 with the pictures I have! c:
These are some of the memorable moments I had, there were many others but I didn't have the picture to accompany it so here goes!
JAN
So naturally we'll have the new years celebration to welcome the year 2010.
I welcomed 2010 in Shaun's place.
where something very unfortunate happened.
Sorry for bringing it up again Shaun.
I won't story everyone but lets just say there was a lot of blood and we had to rush to the hospital. But!
we made it back in time to countdown.
YAY !
Then of course straight after new years comes the celebration of me always being the first among my friends to be older
Had multiple small gatherings with me mates,
With aiyan, shin and wei ren where I made them karaoke with me even though they gave me unwilling grunts, cept for aiyan, cause she ma karaoke budz
With Coll mates aaron and the gang where they pretend to take pic with me and creamed my face :c
with Drea, Darren and shaster for dinner at Fridays where they made me stand on the chair for public humiliation even though it wasnt my exact birthday!
Then I had my first working experience at Enterprise Asia as a assistant project executive!
FEB
Went to Italiannies for Drea's 19th!
I remember how we were so innocent back then, ordered and shared a cocktail. After a few sips, face red liao.
But thats just me.
Then CNY of course!
every chainese childs' fav time of the year!
But before that, tried out fish spa with Drea, Sha and Darren, yes Darren
for the first time!
It was quite an experience but lets just say I would never let a swarm of fishies hungry for dead skin nibble ma feet again.
One fish is okay, but not a million of them.

Went down to Malacca to visit relatives and collect red packets!
Then Farah's where we tried our hand in Drinking snakes and ladders and drinking roulette games where we had to down Soju shots!
and on Snakes and ladders, there was a tile where it was truth or dare, Darren was very lucky to have landed on it.

Had a CNY party at ma place too where we played Poker.
I think I lost about 50 bucks that night. :c

Then to aiyan's to gamble more with her coll mates and Aaron's farewell.

Went to Look Out Point for the first time to celebrate Sha's 19th with the gang, but Jason stood in for Drea!
It was pretty, you can see KL and then there were random fireworks.
I had to.
Went to Santini in Tropicana to celebrate ma rocker chick Sze Mun, Poh Li and Kah Ken's bday.

Headed to Muse at Jaya One to celebrate the end of A levels exam with A levels peeeeps
HAHA i damn pat.
I didnt even take A levels.

Then we moved to Lakeside campus!!!!!!!
Had a shooting for CCR assignment on Social Norms. So we did a series of events to break social norms.

Another activity was to take groceries from random people's cart of basket and see their reaction.

Some just stared with their mouth hung open, some stoned.
One was on the verge of cursing!
Then we went to The Library to support our Uni mates in their talent competition.

I blended this awesome concoction of garlic, onions, cinnamon, tomato and whatnot and they had to SMELL it to guess what was in it.

Because I'm sick and stuck at home with no petrol in my car.
2010 has certainly been an eventful year for me.
I love how pictures can bring back so many memories and then it'll make you laugh to yourself at all the good times that has happened.
Which is why I really really want a polaroid camera now!
Or a DSLR of any sort. lol.
I'm proud to say that I have made it through first year of Uni alive!
Made some awesome friends along the way,
got closer to some of the friends I've made before
and seized every moment.
Now with 2011 in store,
and not to mention with the arrival of the new year means the arrival of a new age for me.
I'll be leaving my teen years behind,
they were memorable, with some emotional ups and downs.
But,
I'll cherish them, and look to a new year of more
awesome memories to make with my family, friends and that certain someone c:
